Honey and Photography, coming together in perfect harmony…………………….
Jonathan did a fabulous shot on the comb honey we brought to Dr. Anne's tea party. His photography skill brought out the distinct character of the comb of liquid gold.
The timing was perfect and the whole moment was captured to the finest detail.
The image was so sharp that even we are able to see the reflection of the comb on the tray.

EastWest Innovations Uganda Limited (EWI) began its operations in Uganda since 2001 with the purpose of developing the Uganda Honey trade as a viable supplement income for the Ugandan farmers, with sustainable beekeeping as its modus operandi.

Emphasis is on training beekeepers on handling bee to acquire good honey, not so much on having expensive modern equipments.

Uganda Honey 
I was told that we should not use steel based accessories to handle honey.
How true is this?
I saw from the photos, that a steel-like knife was being used to cut into the hive
